A) - Inscriptions to FECIME are open for feature films and short films of fiction, animation, documentary and experimental, national and international.

B) - The short films must have a maximum duration of 45 minutes. A longer extension will be considered Feature Film (greater than 46 minutes).

C) - The submitted works must have date of production after the 1 of January of 2015.

D) - In case the language of speech is not Spanish, it must be subtitled in Spanish or English.

E) - Any natural or legal person of any nationality can participate.

F) - In the case of an individual, he must have reached the age of 18 on the date of dispatch.
