International film festival of HUMAN RIGHTS.

Open to short films up to 12 minutes produced after January, 2015.

Spanish subtitles are mandatory.

Awards:
1. First prize 1000€ for the best short film.
2. Second prize 800€.
3. Special Award 400€ for Vasque Country's best short film.
