The call is open to short and feature films, of any nationality, completed between 2017 and 2018.

In the case of short films, they must be up to 25 minutes in length (including titles), and feature films must be longer than 60 minutes.

If the film is not spoken in Spanish, a Spanish or English subtitled copy must be submitted for pre-selection.
