The theme of the work submitted is free.

Short films in competition must not exceed 10 minutes' duration.

Short films cannot contain audible dialogues or voice-overs.

Use of subtitles, music and other communicative resources are allowed as long as they observe the previous point and the spirit of the festival.

All works submitted to the contest must be an original work of authorship and must have been completed after the 1st January 2016.
