Participation in the festival is open to producers and filmmakers of any nationality. Only fiction films may be presented (no documentaries or animation), made during the years 2023 and 2024 and lasting no longer than 20 minutes.

The works must be presented in Spanish or failing this, subtitled into Spanish.

Each participant may submit a single work.
