Only films made after January 1, 2020 are elegible to participate.

Maximum duration: 15 minutes (including credits).

The works may not have industrial content or advertising.

All films must be submitted with a separate .srt file with the subtitles in English and the EXACT TIMING for the version of the movie the author will indicate as definitive for the official projection.
