Films could be from any year.

Best International Films: Narrative film with any duration.
  
Best International Documentary: Documentary films with any duration.

Best Director: Best director in short, narrative feature, and documentaries.

Best Cinematography : Best cinematography in short, narrative feature, and documentaries.

Best Actor: Best man performance in short and narrative feature.

Best Actress: Best female performance in short and narrative feature.

Best Editing: Best editing in short, narrative feature, and documentaries.

Best Story: Best story in short films,  narrative feature, and documentaries.

Best Newcomer: Newcomers are welcome. The director of the film must state whether this is his or her first, second, or third film.
