The Festival is organized in three fixed categories plus a special category, all divided into sections:
PROFESSIONALS CATEGORY divided in:
- Films Section (with no time limits)
- Documentary Section (with no time limits)
- Animation & Graphic Section (with no time limits)
AMATEURS CATEGORY divided in:
- Feature films Section (Films, fiction etc. lasting more than 30 minutes).
- Short films Section (Films, fiction etc. lasting less than 30 minutes).
- Documentary films Section (Geographical, scientific, investigation, inquiry, lasting less than 30 minutes).
- Animation and Graphics Section (Video animation, computer graphics etc., lasting less than 15 minutes).
- Videoclip Section (lasting less than 5 minutes).
- Schools Single Section (Without distinction of speciality but lasting as previous sections).
INTERNATIONAL CATEGORY: to which may participate exclusively foreign authors (no Italian films) with works divided into the following sections:
- Films Section (with no time limits)
- Documentary Section (with no time limits)
- Animation & Graphic Section (with no time limits)
EXPLORER CATEGORY: There are two sections Explorer, national and international, for professionals and amateurs, who will compete together.
- Travel Documentary Section (Trip documentary lasting less than 30 minutes).
- Nature Documentary Section (Video reportage about nature and wildlife without limits of duration).
Works must be subtitled in one of the following languages: Italian, French, English. The subject is free. This is just an excerpt of the regulations, carefully read the complete regulations before submitting. |
