1. PARTICIPATING WORKS: Any original audiovisual work produced as of the year 2017 may participate; they will enter competition according to their category and duration.

2. CATEGORIES IN COMPETENCE:

- FREE CATEGORY: Competition open to all international productions of any genre and any topic. Short films (5-15 min.) Feature films (60-120 min.).

-PATAGONIC CATEGORY: Open competition to all the films produced in the Argentine and Chilean Patagonia. Free Theme. (20-60 min.).

-CATEGORY ORIGINAL PEOPLES: Competition open to all international productions focused on narrating the stories of the Original Peoples of the World. (20-60 min.).

- VIDEOCLIP CATEGORY: Open competition to all the audio-visual productions dedicated to complement a musical production. (5 minutes maximum).

3. LANGUAGE: FECINEU to meet its objectives of dissemination and training of audiences internationally, receives ALL productions subtitled in Spanish, even if they were spoken in the same language.
