Tofifes aims at promoting creativity as an essential value for children's and teenagers' development, reason why the audiovisual works submitted will have this target audience and should be related to the topic of the Festival's first edition: "creativity in children and teenagers."

- Audiovisual works produced between 2015 and 2017 can participate in the competition.

- Submitted audiovisual works must have a minimum of 6 minutes length and must not exceed 60 minutes.

- Audiovisual works whose original language is not Spanish must be submitted with Spanish or English subtitles.
