The Exhibition wants to be a representative showcase of what is being done, around the world, in the field of short films, with Human Rights as a topic.

- Works of directors of any nationality will be accepted.

- Short films of fiction, documentaries or animation will be accepted.

- The duration of the films have to be no longer 30 minutes and must be produced from January 1, 2023.

- When the original language is different from Catalan or Spanish, subtitles in one of these two languages must be included.
