Films made in any video or cinema format may be registered; regardless of the nationality of the director, place or country of filming.

Films must be subtitled in English or Spanish.

Short films with a maximum duration of 30 minutes will be exhibited. While for feature films the duration will be between 31 to 120 minutes.

Competitive Sections:

• International Short Film Competition (Fiction, Experimental, Animation, Documentary, Student).

• International Competition of Feature Films (Fiction, Experimental, Animation, Documentary, Student).
