All films must not have been commercially screened in Connecticut.

All films must be in Spanish or Portuguese and must have English subtitles.

All films may be in English if made by a predominantly Hispanic crew, group of producers and or writers and must have Spanish or Portuguese subtitles.

Only completed projects will be accepted.
