The CS-COMSPE Cultural Association organizes the Roberto Rossellini Film Festival (RRFF), awarding prizes in the following categories:

Short films and music videos

Feature films

(in and out of competition).

2. Objectives

To improve, promote, and disseminate activities related to cinematographic, audiovisual, and film expression through films, short films, and music videos as:

a form of visual and auditory expression,

a true art form,

a means of social and cultural communication.

The festival aims to develop the potential of artistic visual language, meet the needs of cultural growth, highlight creative talents (directors and filmmakers), and offer them the greatest possible visibility.

3. Deadlines

The deadline for film/video clip submissions will be announced on the official website:

4. Sections and age

There are no age limits.

5. Special section

Films out of competition will be marked with the code RRFF-FFC.

They will not be eligible for awards, but will receive distinctions of merit and a special mention.

6. Duration

Short films: up to 20 minutes (including credits).

Music videos: up to 6 minutes (including credits).

Medium-length films: minimum 20 minutes, maximum 50 minutes (including credits).

Feature films: more than 50 minutes (including credits).

7. Language and subtitles

 Italian authors: films in Italian (subtitles are not mandatory).
 
 Non-Italian authors: films must be subtitled in Italian and/or English.
 (For example, a short film shot in Arabic must be subtitled in English and/or Italian).
 
 8. Awards
 
 The following awards will be presented:
 
 Best feature film
 
 Best short film
 
 Best music video
 
 Audience award
 
 Additional awards may be introduced, such as best director, best actor, best actress, or best creative idea.
