All films must have been completed not earlier than January 1, 2017.
Films must be in English or have English subtitles.
CATEGORIES:
Narrative (Non-Horror) Fiction Feature Film Competition: Running time should at least be 60 minutes.
Non-Fiction/Documentary Film Competition: Film may be of ANY LENGTH.
Web Series Competition: Running time should be between 2 and 20 minutes.
Winter FEAR Awards - Horror Film Competition: Any narrative work of fiction in the Horror, Slasher or Zombie genre with a running time of 5 minutes or more.
Music Video Competition: Running time should be not more that 10 minutes and not less that 2 minutes.
Animated Film Competition: This category is in competition of ANIMATED films defined as a film that has been created using any frame-by-frame animation technique, Including but not limited to 2D, 3D, Claymation, CGI, Computer Animation, Cut-out, Puppet and any other creative endeavors and tools.
Narrative (Non-Horror) Fiction Short Film Competition: Running time should be between 2 and 60 minutes.
