We are currently accepting entries for short (max. 30 mins) and animation films.

To be eligible for inclusion in the Karama Festival main program, films must be completed after January 2019.

In case films have dialogues in other languages than Arabic or English, they must be subtitled either in Arabic or English.

The theme of this Edition comes under the title "Human Rights and Transformations", with the aim of examining human rights’ priorities and changes in the world, in the post-pandemic era - the economic and political transformations, deviations and mutations.
