The Festival consists of several sections, including a short film and documentaries contest related to social issues: xenophobia, generational conflict, child labor, domestic violence, social roles, ecology, etc..

Participation in the competition, shorts and documentaries is open to every
filmmakers:
- over 16, both individually and collectively, regardless of nationality or residence.
-under 16 years olds, both individually and collectively, regardless of nationality or residence.
Short films and documentaries should be produced after 2023.

Films in a different language than Spanish must be subtitled in Spanish

Maximum length of short films: 25 minutes

Maximum length of documentaries: 25 minutes
