Films from around the world can participate. If the film is in English or a different language it be required subtitles in Spanish. Priority will be given to National, Continental and Worldwide releases at the moment of make the official selection, however, it isn’t a requirement not to have been released in Colombia.

DURATION: - Short Films: Works from 1 minutes until 35 minutes length (Including credits) - Feature Films: Works over 70 minutes without a time limit.
