• Projects submitted must be the original work of the participant, not ended before January 1st 2010.
• This festival has three categories: SHORT (1-49 minutes), FEATURE (50-180 minutes) and WEB SERIES (films of anyduration).
• All films in anydifferent language than English must necessarily be subtitled in English. An exception will be admitted for films in Italian language, which don't need to be subtitled.
• It is possible to submit more than one project, but each project requires the application fee.
• IMPORTANT - ONLINE FESTIVAL: 

  I have read and accept the terms and regulations of MILAN VOD DISTRIBUTION FILMFEST. I authorize MILAN VOD DISTRIBUTION FILMFEST to exhibit my film online to compete for the award for Best Short Film, Best Feature Film and/or Audience Award. I declare that I have all the rights necessary for the presentation of this film in MILAN VOD DISTRIBUTION FILMFEST and that all rights and permissions have been obtained. This film is not subject to any dispute, or threatened by anylitigation. By accepting these conditions, I transfer to MILAN VOD DISTRIBUTION FILMFEST the right to use extracts of the film, images, and trailers, for purposes of advertising and marketing of the film using social networks and the website http://www.voddistribution.com, and other non-commercial purposes related to the promotion of the festival. I hereby agree to indemnify MILAN VOD DISTRIBUTION FILMFEST, in the event that such rights have not been properly transferred
