Every participant will receive certificate  and laurels

    All link, languages are accepted, subtitles are not compulsory. 

    Shorts must be less than 50 minutes.  Films over 50 minutes should submit to the feature category.
 
    Milkyway Film Awards can use trailer/teaser/film poster for promotional   purpose.  

    Entry fees are non-refundable.  

    You own all the rights to the film. No inquiries or arguments will be entertained regarding non-selected films.
 
    The decision of the festival selection committee will be final
