CDFF invites filmmakers to submit speculative films of both short and feature length, which include, but are not limited to, films made within the genres of: horror, thriller, science fiction, fantasy, avant-garde, experimental, the supernatural, alternative history, mystery, grind house cinema, and everything else in between.

Shorts – maximum of 30 minutes.

Features (includes mid-length features) – minimum of 31 minutes.

All films must either be in English or include proper English subtitles.
