Open to anyone regardless of nationality, sex, origin or legal status. The theme of the shorts should be linked to issues such as the fight against racism and xenophobia, immigration, ethnic minorities or multiculturalism.

The maximum duration is 30 minutes.

Participants may submit up to three short films. Animated shorts, documentary or fiction are accepted.

Films whose original language is not Spanish, must be subtitled in Spanish.
