All projects don after March 1 / 2013 are elegible to participate. We accept work from all nationalities. There is no limitations in sunject matter, genre, or language

SUBTITLES: If the original language is spanish, the copy should be subtitled in English. If it is in a different language to spanish, it should be subtitle in spanish.

The selected films will compete for the FOSIL Price in the following categories: Best National Short Film, Best International Short Film and Best Short Film University.

Full-Length selected in the following categories fiction and documentary will have an special presentation in the full-Length oficial theatre.
