The right to participate in competition part of the program have exclusively animated films realized in classic animation technique (frame by frame technique, computer animation technique or the combination of feature shoot and animation...).

Films will be separated in two categories:

Small Snails: films made by children up to 15 years old.

Big Snails: films made by children or youth 15 up to 19 years old.

Films must be made after July 1st, 2021.

English subtitles are mandatory.
