The Cinema Monster is an international festival of films and animations, and the goal is to promote the art of contemporary film and animation as well as the traditionaln film and animation form. The Cinema Monster Film Festival is open to competitors from all-­‐over the world with no exceptions.

The Festival accept short films, animated films, experimental films and documentary films. All topics are welcome!

Short Films: The maximum length of the films has to be 40 minutes. Film need to have been completed no earlier than January 01, 2004 and not have been screened at The Cinema Monster Film Festival before.

Animated Films:
The maximum length of the animations has to be 120 minutes. Animation need to have been completed no earlier than January 01, 2004 and not have been screened at The Cinema Monster Film Festival before.

Experimental Films:
The maximum length of the films has to be 40 minutes. Film need to have been completed no earlier than January 01, 2004 and not have been screened at The Cinema Monster Film Festival before.

Feature Films: The maximum length of the films has to be 180 minutes. Film need to have been completed no earlier than January 01, 2004 and not have been screened at The Cinema Monster Film Festival before.

All films must either be in English or include English subtitles.
