Short or medium-length films may be documentary or fiction, whenever the theme responds to the contents found in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Entries must be in FULL HD format, in Spanish or in another language with subtitles in Spanish.

Works must not exceed 5 years from the date of beginning of the exhibition.

Documentary Short: 5 to 20 minutes.

Short Fiction: 3 to 10 minutes.

Medium-length documentary: 30 to 50 minutes.
 
Medium-length fiction: 15 to 30 minutes.
