AIMS OF THE FESTIVAL

• Presentation of journalistic films concerning current social life, political, economical, religious, cultural, sports, ecology and national minorities' problems, etc.

Within XXVII IIFF „PUBLICYSTYKA 2020” there will be three categories. The contest will be carried out in: POLISH AMATEUR FILMS and POLISH STUDENT FILMS and FOREIGN FILMS.

Films produced before 2021 will not be allowed to participate.

All films should have subtitles in English.

Projection time is limited to max. 20 minutes.

In the POLISH AMATEURS FILMS category will not be allowed to participate movies:

a) made by a professional authors,
b) made by students of film or art schools, including diploma films,
c) made by Qualifying Committee members or Jury members.

To take part in the contest under POLISH STUDENTS FILMS category movie must be made by students of film or art school, and be chosen by Qualifying Committee.

In FOREIGN FILMS category both amateurs and students of film or art school can participate.
