Duration: SHORT FILM should not exceed 30minuts including titles.
Eligible Films are the films which have been produced after 1st January 2012
Suitable for all audience: No obscenity. No Nudity. No Excessive violence. Short films deemed Obscene or Defamatory will be disqualified.
