The Festival includes two competitions: National Competition and International Competition.
All those short films from any country in the world with a maximum duration of 20 minutes, with no minimum production date will be admitted in the competition.
The works will be presented in Spanish. For a different version, must be subtitled or dubbed in Spanish, or in English. In addition, it must accompany the original dialogue list with translation into Spanish or English.
