The competition is international.

All short films produced from January 1, 2013 may participate.

The theme and genre of the productions are free.

This first edition of the Festival will only accept FICTION short films

Each participant may submit one entry per category.

Registration is free and can participate productions shot in any format, maximum length 30 minutes including credits.
