REQUIREMENTS:

a) Works produced two years prior to the date of this call may participate

b) Duration: Up to 15 minutes 

c) If the videos are in a foreign language must provide a version with subtitles in English or Spanish depending on the country of origin; on the contrary, if the videos are in Spanish (preferably) must submit a version with English subtitles.
