PROFESSIONAL COMPETITION: Colombian and international filmmakers. Best short film: fiction, Best short animation film.
AMATEURS IN COMPETITION: Colombian and international filmmakers. Best short film: fiction, Best short animation film, Television series - Preschool and children's category (1 Chapter).
FESTICINE AWARD: This award is aimed at children and adolescents, who have an audiovisual product made by them in Colombia. Best fiction short film. Best animated short film.

*The films that do not address these issues do not come into competition.
They may participate in the competition all audiovisual works produced from January 2022 to May, 2024.
