All European´s short film producers and directors can participate, without age limit. Short films can participate in any production format.

Each participant can submit a maximum of two works, which must have been produced after 1st January 2022.

The length cannot exceed 25 minutes.

Productions shot in any foreign languages must be subtitled in Spanish in order to be showed at the Festival.
