TIFF is an official Oscar® qualifying festival for the short film awards.

The festival is looking for feature and short films in all formats and genres: fiction, documentary, animation, experimental and video art. Open to any filmmaker from around the world.

- Films in competition must have been completed after January 2018.

- Feature films may not be shorter than seventy (70) minutes in length. Short films may not exceed thirty (30) minutes in length.

- All non-English language films must be submitted with English subtitles.

- There are no entry fees for films in Albanian language.
