The Creando Festival is aimed towards students that are currently studying a Bachelor's degree, Associate's Degree, or undergraduate in any University, School or Advanced Education Center.

The fiction short-film theme it's of free choice and the maximum duration is 30 minutes.

The animation short-films in 2D or 3D can be made with any software or manual tool and techniques like stop-motion, time-lapse or any other. The maximum duration of it is 30 minutes.

Any foreign language creation can be submitted as long as it's subtitled in Spanish.

The pieces must be created later than 2014.
