The contest is open to any work that depicts a fiction or non-fiction visual story (film, animation, stop-motion or documentary).  

Film must be no longer that 10 minutes, including credits. There is no minimum length.

Films must have been completed after January, 2012. Entries must be accompanied with a synopsis in English.

NON ENGLISH - LANGUAGE FILMS must have ENGLISH Subtitles. Films without subtitles are not eligible.
