It may participate in the Official Competition Section producers or directors of any country.

- Feature film (over 60 minutes)
- Short films (under 30 minutes)

The works must be sent in original version (with subtitles in Spanish), Works shot in other language that are not sent with spanish subtitles will be excluded. Films must have been produced after January 1, 2023.

Each contestant may enter a maximum of one work.

Best Film 6.000 € & Moon of Islantilla Award.

Best Short-Film 2.000 € & Moon of Islantilla Award.
