The contest is open to films of any nationality.

The works in the competitive sections should be produced from January 1, 2010.

The works not spoken in Italian shall be Italian subtitles, under penalty of exclusion from the competition.

In competition:
Short: open section for short of any genre. Each author may submit up to two works no more than 16 minutes.

Exhibition:
Crisci Sano section: Animated films on any subject with certain educational content.

Out of competition:
Non competitive section dedicated to feature films, documentaries and shorts.
