Filmmakers with Spanish nationality and any member state of the European Union are wellcome to participate. Shorts films must have been made between January 1, 2012 and October 31, 2013.
The shorts may not be longer than 10 minutes in duration (the initial and final curtains included).
If there is a speech used in the film in a language other than Spanish, subtitles in English and Spanish must be made along with the film.
The maximum number of submitted films is 2. The theme must be original and about:
1.Themes referred with Integration, Solidarity, Equality, on physical or mental disability…to qualify for the category Best Short Film Social Commitment.
2.Themes referred to Love, Friendship, Life and Liberty, to qualify for the categories Best Animated Short Film and Best Artistic Quality
* All selected films will compete for the Audience Award.
