Films must have a maximum duration of 15 minutes and produced between 2014 - 2015

Any reference of Artés (village in the province of Barcelona) must appear at the short film

Any reference of Ovidi Montllor (Valencian artist) must appear at the shor film

Shorts must be in Catalan or Spanish language, or subtitled in one of them.
