Only films made by young filmmakers who are still under 30 years old by the current festival year will be judged.

Anything can be submitted, although narrative short films have a better chance (whether animation, live action or mixed forms).

Maximum running time of 15 minutes. If the films are not in German (in German language), English subtitles are obligatory.
