Open to art films and experimental films created by young artists from ages eighteen 18 to thirty 30.
The duration of the film must be between a minimum of 1’30 to a maximum of 8 minutes. The theme of this year’s edition is "Resonance".
Any foreign language other than English and French expressed within the film must have English subtitles.
