VAFI has two competitive sections: JUNIOR - animated films made by children or youth under 18 years and SENIOR - animated films for children and youth up to 18 years.
In order to participate on VAFI 7, films must be produced after 1st January 2015.
CATEGORIES:
VAFI JUNIOR has three competitive categories divided by the age of the author(s):
a) MINI (authors children under 10 years)
b) MIDI (authors children from 11 to 14 years)
c) MAXI (authors youth from 15 to 18 years)
If authors belonging to two or three different categories of the Festival worked together on submitted film, the film is considered to fit the category of the oldest participant.
VAFI SENIOR has three competitive categories divided by the age of the recipient:
a) MINI (animated films for children up to 10 years)
b) MIDI (animated films for children from 11 to 14 years)
c) MAXI (animated films for children from 15 above).
If there is a speech used in the film in a language other than English, subtitles in English must be made as the part of the film. This is just an excerpt of the regulations, carefully read the complete regulations before submitting. |
