Articulo 31 is currently accepting international films made from January 1st, 2017,  that address subjects concerning or related to the violation of human rights enshrined in the 30 basic articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Accepted categories:

(1) Short Documentary films

(2) Video-journalism films

(3)  Short Fiction films

(4) Short documentary films by young and first time filmmakers

Only short films under 30 minutes length will be accepted. 

The official language of the Festival is Spanish. For the works in other languages only filMS with Spanish ​​subtitles will be accepted.
