Festival open to averybody who wish to participate. Applicants should send a film produced during the years 2012 -2013 - 2014.

The festival opens a space for discussion through film screenings, seeking to contribute to the improvement of relations between peoples and to build a common future in an atmosphere of peace, tolerance, justice and respect for human rights.

In its third year, the festival will include: the Mediterranean in question, since it is a key issue to understand and defend the good relations between States and citizens of the Mediterranean.

The films must include french subtitles in case the original version is not french.
