Our festival will be in person in agreement with Fescilmar Venezuela and online in Katowice-Poland, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the satin measures if there are adjustments we will notify in a timely manner via email.

Fiction short films, documentary, video clips, webseries, experimental, with a maximum duration of 45 minutes can participate in any genre.

Opening category "Quarantine cinema" With a Max duration of 20 min, recorded with cell phones, Smartphone, or any other medium, in any genre.

Work must have been completed after January 1, 2019.
