- Films must not exceed 20 minutes in length in any of their categories.

- Films of any year are accepted.

- Subtitles are an unavoidable condition for films that are not made in Spanish.

The winning films must be able to be broadcast on social networks since this is the ONLINE medium chosen by the festival. If the situation of the pandemic changes enough and it is feasible to make a presentation with spectators and the hall, the Festival will have the option of holding the exhibition in parallel to the online broadcast.
