Short films from anywhere in the world, which have been produced in the year 2020 and which have not participated in previous editions, are eligible to participate.

The duration of the short film must not exceed 30 minutes, including credits.

The theme of the short film is free.

If the original language of the short film is not Spanish, it must include Spanish subtitles.
