Free-themed films under 15 min are eligible.

Each participant will present as many films as they want. Shorts must have been produced from January 1, 2013 onwards.

The films can be made ​​with or without sound dialogues. If the language is not one of the two official languaje of the contest (Basque or spanish) is mandatory that the work has subtitles in one of the two languages.
