The goal of FICMEC is to create a platform for debate through films treating the theme of collective memory and to contribute to a better understanding of "the other" in a climate of peace, tolerance, fairness and respect for human rights.

This edition themes:

1 - Mediterranean and Latin American culture.

2- History and memory.

3- Human Rights.

4 - Politics as a way of join different cultures.

Short and feature films are accepted (any lenght).

French subtitles required.
